I am so sorry to hear that Bella isn’t feeling well. Many different problems can cause the symptoms you describe such as colitis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal foreign body, and pancreatitis. As small as she is she can become dehydrated very quickly. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. She may need IV fluids. I suspect the veterinarian will also recommended an x-ray and possibly blood work to help determine the diagnosis and best treatment plan. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.

Poor Bella she is so cute and certainly looks like she doesn't feel well. I am sure you are very worried about her. The gastrointestinal symptoms you describe are certainly concerning. These types of symptoms can be specific to something going on with the gastrointestinal tract (eating something she should not have, inflammation/irritation, viral infection, etc.) or can be a manifestation of something going on with other organs within the abdomen (liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus, etc.). In general I typically recommend if there has been more than two episodes of vomiting within 24 hours to visit a veterinarian for a physical exam. That way he or she can make sure Bella is not in pain, is well hydrated, perform additional tests if needed, and provide comfort care to make her feel better. I hope this helps and thank you for using Pet coach!
