This sounds like a side effect of the vaccine, it's not super common but i'v seen a few cases already and this usually resolves within 48-72 hours. your vet could give her pain killers for a couple days if her condition seems to be really bad.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. If it has been 24 hours since the vaccinations, then I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at Macy so that the most appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. If it has not been 24 hours, I would keep an eye on her for now unless she is very lethargic or if there is any swelling or hives I would get her in sooner. If there is no improvement after 24 hours, then take her in to a veterinarian. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

This could be possibly related to the vaccinations. Personally I do not give both vaccinations together as I sometimes noticed these side effects on cats and dogs. I would wait 24-48 hours more before eventually take her back to your veterinarian for a check up. These signs are usually self limiting and do not lead to any complications.
