Why is my cat's stomach moving even though he's eating and drinking?

I keep seeing my cats stomach move. Hes eating and drinking. Any idea what it could be? He is seeing the vet thursday. Thx. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old

This could be due to flatulence or sometimes you can see that when breathing with an abdominal component for instance which you can see in cases of respiratory distress.
