My dog ate macadamia nuts, has diarrhea. What can I do without a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 months and 6 days old | 24 lbs

My dog ingested macadamia nuts 3 days ago. I wasnt aware they were bad for him. For 3 days hes had diarrhea and yesterday it was complete soup. He started limping yesterday but after a few minutes he walks normal. His poop is going back to mush. I dont have money for vet visit what can i do to help him? He ate a good handful.

If a veterinary consultation is not an option, I would suggest to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
