Hello I have a prescription for my cat called clavamox. When I was trying to squirt it into the side of his cheek it sprayed up towards his eye and nose. I was wondering if it can hurt him? Also I wasn’t sure how much sprayed out so I gave him a little more not even a half ml his medicine is suppose to be 1. Can it hurt him if there’s a change he got a little extra?. Thank you for your help my name isSharyn and my cats name is tailz

Hi Sharyn. Just wipe of the antibiotic from his nose, and gently rinse his eye with cool water, and he should be fine. If Tailz did get a little extra Clavamox, this likely won't cause any problems but you may see a little GI upset. I hope this helps.
