My puppy has diarrhea. Vet recommends food change. Will it work?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 17 days old | 10 lbs

I have a 10 week old female blue heeler puppy and she hasn't been pooping as I expected (firm yet not hard stool) she just got her new vaccines and she's been wormed 5 days ago, the vet gave me a block in medication/full spectrum anti microbial treatment for her to take it for 3 days and her stool didn't improve much its still soft and sometimes watery, now he recommended me to change her food to a more healthy one like Kirkland's puppy food do you think that'll work?

I definitely think it's worth a shot! I'd take your vet's recommendation to try a new food, just be sure to switch it over slowly to prevent Luna for getting any further GI problems. I hope this helps!
