My pitbull puppy has pink hairless spots. What should I do about them?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 19 days old | 15 lbs

Hi..my pitbull puppy has a white coat ..Today I noticed A pink, almost but not completely, hairless spot on his head..I gave him an overall look and found 2 more spots on his left shoulder and one on his right..I haven't noticed any scratching and the spots don't have sores or dry spots..what could these be..is there anything I can do at home to treat these spots.. These spots could be due to a underlying skin infection or a skin mite called demodex. If there are only the 3 small spots you can try to treat them topically at home with neosporin. If they sites do not resolve or if you begin to notice more spots I would recommend taking Maddox to the vet to be checked out.
