My dog won’t walk on his leash he bounces? He keeps scratching in the same place even when after washed, he also doesn’t have a vaccine what do I do. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 98 lbs

I suggest you take Teddy in to the vet for his vaccinations and at the same time you can have the vet look at the spot where he scratches. Leach walking has to be practised. You can start with putting a leash on him and letting him run around with it in your house. When it is feeding time, you can put down his feed somewhere where he can see it and walk to it with him on the leash. Expand that and soon he will be walking on a leash. You will also have to practise commands such as 'sit', 'down', 'come here' etc. These can also help him with obeying you on the leash.
