My dog has bleeding sores on his back after a bath. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 58 lbs

My dog has these open sores under his skin on his back he has little bug bite looking ones on his underbelly and legs but not as bad as ones on his back only been since I have him a bath few weeks ago .I had noticed them every once in a while in the past but they always went away now it's really bad the pic are the less severe in belly ones in back are bleeding but don't have a picture saved

This sounds like a skin infection and may be secondary to allergies. I would try some beandryl twice a day and a medicated shampoo like miconahex-triz. Since some of them are bleeding, I would strongly recommend to have your vet look at them as well as he likely needs oral antibiotics to help him heal. See link below for benadryl dosing.
