Can my 3-month-old puppy start eating rice, veggies, or eggs?

I have been feeding my puppy royal canine maxi starter 3-4 times a day. Can I start giving him home meals like rice, mashed veggies, boiled eggs now? Rocky is about 3 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 22 days old | 3 lbs
