Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 14 years and 9 months old | 15 lbs
My boyfriend and I are moving in together but we both have cats. I have two (females, about 7) and he has one (tigger, who is female and 15). I have purchased feliway and rescue remedy for pets to try and help, and read countless articles on moving pets. Tigger is a very easygoing and healthy cat, but now my boyfriends mother is claiming it would be cruel to take her with us and trying to force my boyfriend to leave her behind. Should we? I don't feel that's right but could it be?

If Tigger is your boyfriend;s cat it would be cruel to leave him behind. It will take time for all the kitties to get used to each other, but time will help. Looks more like your boyfriend's mom wants to keep part of him at home....
