My senior Labrador has DRA. Can diet or supplements help his eyes?

My Labrador who is 9 and a half has been diagnosed with DRA after a routine eye check. Vet said their was no cure and because of his age he would outlive total blindness....is there anything in his diet I can change or anything that may help. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered

Unfortunately, I do not know of any great meds for a cure. You could see an ophthalmologist to see if they know of any treatment. You could also see an acupuncturist. Sometimes they can slow down progression or strengthen their eyes and they may know of some herbs to try. I hope this helps and I am sorry to hear about his diagnosis.
