My puppy swallowed an antler bone. What should I do if he's fine?

My puppy broke off a 2-3 inch piece of antler bone and ate it. What do I do? He is acting normal so far. Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 8 days old | 65 lbs

I would watch him for now and if he begins to develop symptoms such as vomiting, inappetance, lethargy, abdominal pain, etc. then I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him. I would also recommend having abdominal x-rays performed to see where the bone is. I hope this helps!
