My puppy has a rash after being shaved. What's the best treatment?

My puppy was badly overheated last week so I shaved his belly and chest, he does feel a ton better but today I noticed some rashes, they are not hurting him but what can I do to get rid of them? I’m thinking about giving him a bath with coconut oil, baking sofa, and soothing shampoo with aloe. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | neutered | 1 year and 3 months old | 42 lbs

It could be that Gnocchi has a rash from being shaved, and certainly you can try this bath to see if that helps with his skin. I'd recommend an oatmeal bath instead as that would be also be soothing to his skin. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
