Dog vomited on Meloxidyl. What's next with Amantadine & Omeprazole?

My dog has been on meloxidyl for over 4 years. She's been vomitting over 3 weeks periodically. The vet advised to stop. The vomitting has stopped. She's now on amantadine 100mg and omeprazole 20mg. She has weekly hydro. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 years and 6 months old | 72 lbs
