Why doesn't my senior cat meow? Is it normal for quiet cats?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 13 years and 10 months old | 12 lbs

My 14 year old male cat never "Meows" I've had many cats in my life and they all "talked", but not my "Moxie" Can you give me any info? Thank you.

Oh my, Moxie is so handsome! Some cats are simply quieter than others, and it could simply be in his nature not to meow. Just like humans, cats have different personalities, and he could be more of an introvert who doesn't have much to say. If he has always been this way, then it's not something to worry about at all.
