My 5-month-old puppy has split canine teeth. Are they puppy or adult?

5 month old split canine teeth .. both sides .. he did get kicked but wondering if this is his puppy teeth n his permanent teeth are coming up ..

Typically the adult teeth will starting coming around 5.5-6 months of age. If Z broke the puppy teeth, then they will fall out soon and he should be fine. Monitor him for any signs of pain or abscesses. Please see the veterinarian when in doubt. If you can post a photo, it would be easier to tell. I hope he stays out of trouble!
