Why are my dog's eyes and ears still bad after allergy diet change?

Nonstop vet visits bc BAD allergies. Last was for infected toe sore from licking at night- needed cone & steroid inj. Pic is wat we use/tried. Apoquel is on/off bc causes bad constipation. cytopoint inj never help. Changed 2 new diet-helped ALOT w/the 24/7 scratching licking & skin issues but eyes & ears still bad. RX eye drops for when infect but last 3x vet said no infect. Have 2 clean&use drops daily bc builds up bad fast. Saw this going2 Vet but rly worried/shocked. What caused this? Advice? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 6 years old | 11.9 lbs

This could be due to an eye injury (which could be from him scratching) or conditions such as a corneal laceration, corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, dry eye (also known as KCS), among many other conditions. I highly recommend that you have Bentley evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
