My dog hit his head, is vomiting and acting strange. Is it serious?

My dog was hit on the head (probably?) by a falling picture (it 9weighs about 1 lb) day before yestderday. Immediately after that he cried, & ran to his kennel. 4-5 minutes later, he vomited the 1st time. He walked s few feet & vomited again. He also left a large puddle of urine on the floor. He was acting as if he was going to vomit again, so I took him outside where he had an enormous bowel movement, urinated, & vomited 3-4 more times. He has perked up a bit, but not much.. He still vomits. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
