My dog's paw pads have brown dots, look like strawberries, infected?

Hi! Last night I noticed small brown dots and lines on my dog's paws. The best way I can describe it is that it looks like the sides of the pads of her paws look like strawberries. On her front left paw, the area is also white, it almost looks like it's infected. To me, it looks like maybe a bug layed eggs on her or I'm not sure. Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 32 lbs
