I have a black mouth cur he is a year old. He has some kind of rash on lower stomach and inner thighs. Circular in size, red, and some are scabs. He also has some on genitals. What could it be?

It's not possible to tell without examining Cash, but a common reason for these types of lesions is a skin infection (pyoderma). These infections can usually be cleared with good cleaning, but sometimes require stronger medication. This also may be due to another problem like mites, or an autoimmune skin disease. It's best to have Cash evaluated by a veterinarian, so an accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan can be made. Below is a link to an article with more information about pyoderma. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/pyoderma-in-dogs I hope that helps and all is well with Cash.

It could be insect bites, flea bites or skin infection (bacterial, fungal, mites). A physical exam by your veterinarian would be required for confirmation and treatment. If Cash is licking or chewing excessively, place an e-collar (cone) on him and make an appointment with your vet.
