My cat grass has mushrooms. Should I remove them for my cat's safety?

I have pleated inkcap mushrooms growing im my cat grass....is this harmful to my cat? Should i toss it out or just pick them out of the container? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 lbs
