My 8-week kitten is thin. How to get her to drink and gain weight?

My kitten is now 8 weeks old.. she is looking very thin.. I'm giving her whiskas junior ocean fish dry food 4 times per day . And she is drinking only very less amount of water.. how can I make her to drink more water and gain weight ??kindly help me make her healthy.. Thanks in advance!! She is very young, most kittens are very thin at this age.your should start giving her dry food as well as wet food. as long as she will eat mainly wet food she will not drink much as wet food is 85% water.
