My active dog has creatinine 25. Why is she still so energetic?

My dog is having creatinine level 25..which is a veey rare case.. But she is still veey active and energetic all the times. Pls tell whats the issue?? We adopted it from street and she is 2.5 yrs old. Vets are saying that her survival chances are less.. But looking at her eneegy levels.. She can still have 5% chance... Pls suggest. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 30 lbs

Hello. it looks a lot like an acute toxicity, probably something she ingested as the liver enzymes are very high as well. i don't know how long it has been like this, but the longer these levels remain the less chances of survival. i believe she needs to be on fluid therapy in the hospital 24/7 and hope for the best.
