Hi I just took my dog to the vet her poop was normal when we left. Then we came back home and she has diarrhea now should I worry? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 56.5 lbs

I wouldn't be worried yet. Give her a day to get reset after the stress of going to the vet clinic. If she's still out of sorts tomorrow evening, give your vet a call to set up an appointment. Many dogs get mild diarrhea when stressed (such as after being boarded, having lots of family in town, or simple vet visits). If Harley is otherwise ill (not eating, lethargic, bloody diarrhea, vomiting), then I'd recommend getting her back to the vet tomorrow, or even an ER clinic tonight if she's getting worse quickly.
