Is outdoor walking necessary for my ferret's health and well-being?

Hi! I have a ferret, she is 3 years old and had never been outside (she gets scare)... i want to know if ferrets need to walk outside? it is a good choice to take her out for a walk for her health? Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female | 3 years and 5 months old
