My dog won't eat, vomits, and vet found nothing. What should I do?

Hi my t cup poodle doesn’t want to eat anything for the last 4 weeks. I took her to the vet got x-rays and blood work done and nothing is showing up wrong. I’ve been trying to feed her with the syringe since she refuses to eat. She also vomits every time I force feed her water or food with the syringe. I don’t know what wrong. I’m so worried I don’t know what else to do. Please help! Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | unneutered | 4 lbs

I am so very sorry to hear about your dog. This must be very stressful. If your vet has found nothing on x-ray or bloodwork and Chiquis is not improving it sounds like it is time for more advanced diagnostics, such as endoscopy or ultrasound, or referral to an internist. This vomiting is very concerning and we need additional testing to determine why it is happening.
