My dog has black poop, bloody eye, and is very sick. What should I do?

hi,my dog is very sick he barely stays on his feet,his poop is runny and deep black brown, he has a loss of appetite and sleeps a lot.One of his eyes has signs of blood.Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 years and 4 months old

Based on your description, I would recommend having Dele examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. The blood in the eye could indicate a bleeding disorder. I am concerned about the loss in appetite and the black brown stool. Black stool can also indicate a bleeding disorder.
