Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 19 days old
My two and a half month old kitten often shivers in her sleep. Gently holding her does not help with the shaking. It's not extremely violent, which makes me think it's not a seizure, but it hasn't been a one time thing either. Almost everytime she falls asleep, she'll start slightly shaking but for a while, in the midst of her sleep. Should I be worried of is this normal?

If you can wake her up and the shaking stops it is not a seizure and is more likely movement associated with REM sleep. If you try to wake her up but she continues to have muscle tremors it could be a seizure or neurologic disorder and you should see your veterinarian. If you do decide to see your veterinarian a video can help them determine what might be going on.
