My dog is pacing, panting, eyes rolled back. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | 80 lbs

Pacing for hrs, wont settle down, panting, ate early am won't now, drinks little water and normally drinks a lot. Eyes kinda rolled back. Just keeps pacing around the house. Can't seem to settle down. I think this is it.

I am sorry to hear about Zena. When a dog is continuing to display this behavior we become concerned there could be an internal issue. We can see this when a dog develops a stomach bloat or torsion, or having abdominal pain for another reason. I would recommend getting her into the vet as soon as possible. If her belly looks bloated or enlarged at all it is an absolute emergency.
