My cat sleeps too much. How can I get my lazy cat to play more?

My cat is too lazy. It sleeps almost 15 hours a day. It stays active when it's hungry. How to make it play? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | 8.8 lbs

Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! Cats have the life don't they! I would try a laser pointer, toy that is along stick with a feather on the end and when you give him treats throw them so he has to chase them. Cats do normally sleep a lot.
