Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am very concerned that Toga has something serious going on in his guts. I am worried he could have an obstruction or blockage in the gut, and this is fatal without surgery. He could also have a severe gastritis (inflammed gut). I strongly recommend that you get him to a vet as soon as possible. He will likely require x-rays, IV fluids, bloodwork, and possibly surgery. I hope Toga feels better soon!
