My new dog has fur loss on his belly and skin spots. Is it mange?

I just got Brady he’s 3. I got him today. His fur on the bottom seems to be either balding or growing back but it’s definitely less than the top. I noticed his skin has light spots that look like rash. Could it be mange?

Hi ! It does not look like mange but a possible skin allergy reaction. I would recommend that you still treat him for fleas/skin parasites to rule out fleas if you haven't and might also need to treat the environment. Flea allergy dermatitis appears to affect skin around the tail and mostly on the lower part of the body.Hope this helps !
