Why is my new 6-week-old puppy not eating, skinny, and inactive?

Just got my puppy shes as little over 6 weeks she will drink water but not eat she isnt active at all shes very skinny. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 19 days old | 6 lbs
