My budgie has dark red under its eye. Is it blood? What should I do?

Today i noticed a dark red colour under the eyes of my budgie it looks like a blood coming out under his eyes

Based on the pictures you provided it does appear that there is some hemorrhage under the skin of the eye. This is most likely related to trauma (ie hitting the eye/face on something). Keep an eye on it for now. If your bird is otherwise acting normal then I would not worry about it too much. If however the redness spreads or your bird seems painful you should probably take him in to be checked out by your veterinarian. I hope this helps.     I would have to examine him better, but this appears to be a little bruise. The skin around the eye is very delicate and is easily bruised. This often happens when they are playing with solid toys. There's nothing that needs to be done for this. Just observe it for now. It should start to look normal in about a week. If it seems to be getting worse, or is not getting better within a week, then I would reccomend taking him to the vet for an evaluation. I hope that helps and Peko gets better soon.
