My puppy has a bald spot and bites it. Is it human shampoo or mange?

Hi my puppy is 5 months old and my nana gave her a human shampoo bath and then a week or two later a bald spot on her leg appeared , it’s not hot it’s rarely red she keeps biting it and then scratching it , that’s the only bald spot she has . Do you think it could be allergies from the shampoo or mange ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 45 lbs

If Gypsy was having a reaction to the shampoo, I would have expected her to be itchy and chewing at more areas than just her leg and would have expected a problem within a day of the bath (not a week or 2 later). So, I would recommend having your veterinarian examine the area and take a sample to evaluate under the microscope to see what the problem is and determine the best treatment for her. Good luck!
