My dog won't eat and keeps vomiting. Is it her teeth or serious?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Tigger. The recent vomiting is not likely related to her periodontal disease. She will need to see a veterinarian to determine why she continues to vomit. Blood work will likely be recommended to check her internal organ health. She may need x-rays of she appears painful in her belly. In the meantime, offer her plenty of fresh water. She is small so it will be easy for her to become dehydrated from the vomiting.
