What can I give my dog to prevent common vaccine side effects?

I have a 60lb dog that is on Apoquel for chronic dermatitis. He is due for his 3-year rabies' booster. Are there any homeopathic or other remedies I can give him before or after to help minimize the side effects of the vaccination? Otherwise, he is pretty healthy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 62 lbs

If Frankie has never had a vaccine reaction in the past I wouldn't expect him to have one this time.
