My dog threw up rocks and is acting normal. What should I do now?

Lou just threw up 5 tiny rocks. He is still pooping and playing but I’m pretty sure he accidentally licked them up last night when something was spilt in the yard bc I had to stop him from licking it. We are traveling so there is no vet in the area right now. What do I do? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 23 lbs

If not, there is the potential for one to become lodged in his intestines. This would make him very ill. Signs of this include vomiting, lethargy and a decreased appetite. If this occurs, you will need to find a veterinarian for him. In the meantime, offer him some water . Wait several hours as he just vomited and then you can offer a small amount of his food.
