Why does my dwarf hamster have a raw mouth sore, no blood? What to do?

I have a Dwarf hamster who has recently developed a sore on the side of her mouth, it just looks raw, no blood or dried blood is present? Could it be her that her teeth are too long? What can I do till I can get her to a vet? Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female | 2 lbs

Hi, it could be that she has been rubbing her face either for some discomfort cause by her teeth or by the cheek pouch.
