My outdoor puppy is destructive and howls. How do I train him?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 11 days old | 20 lbs

Im having so many behavior issues with my dog he’s a pup yess but he won’t stay chaind he cries so much .. I give him toys he has water food but he just won’t stop howling .. he’s an outdoor dog ... I keep him chaind half the time cuz he gose in the plants and destroys them he sighs everywhere eats anything he can find I really just want to know how I can keep him cuz my dad is not having his plants destroyed anymore Plz help me correct how behavior before I have to give him away

Thanks for using PetCoah. This sounds like perfectly normal behavior for a puppy. The best way to improve the behavior is to spend plenty of time exercising, playing, and working on training. Even training simple things like sit, stay, fetch, can prevent anxiety help Okuri-inu regulate his behavior and stay more calm. Also consider constructing a small run for him outside. This allows him to be off a chain but still contained. Best of luck to you and Okuri-inu!
