My sistes dog just had a litter of six puppies. This morning she has been vomiting a lot and feels very warm,she looks like she still has a puppy inside but it's not moving. What can we do to help her? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 10 lbs

This is a medical emergency - both her and her pups are at risk from infection if she has a dead pup inside her. She needs urgent assessment for any remaining pups/remnants and either induction or an emergency section/hysterectomy depending on findings as well as supportive treatment for her fever
