My cat won't take her large dewormer pill. Can I crush it with water?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 6 lbs

I need to give my cat the Bayer Tapeworm Dewormer but the pill is it large. Can I crumble it up an mix it with water and administer with an oral syringe?

YEs, it is ok to break up the dewormer but I would recommend mixing it with something strong smelling and oily such as fish oil or a mousse textured food. Many dewormers are bitter in taste and hard to disolve and so difficulty in administration is heightened by mixing in water
