Is it normal for my dog to get dizzy after standing up quickly?

Hi can a dog get dizzy and wobbly from getting up too fast ? Lily doesn't do it often or regularly but every now and then usually when she's laying on her bed and an animal appears on the tv She immediately shakes it off and is fine so as I asked can they get dizzy like we do leaping up suddenly? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 7 years and 8 months old | 14.5 lbs

It would be worth having her evaluated by her veterinarian if this behavior continues. You want to ensure she does not have a heart condition, low blood pressure, an adverse effect from any medication she may be taking, low blood sugar or a mild seizure disorder.
