Why is my senior cat lethargic and sleeping more after new guests?

Hello, Our femaile cat, Stella, 15 years old, has just recently become very lethargic, only wants to eat dry food but drinks water ok. She is mainly an indoor cat but even when out prefers to be around us in the garden. Recently our pregnant daughter & her partner have had to come to live with us (temporarily) & we are wondering if this might have had an effect on Stella as she no longer has the run of all the rooms in the house! She just seems to sleep all day or at least rest & not move about. Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | spayed | 15 years and 1 month old | 15 lbs

It is very possible that the change in household is causing Stella a bit of stress, and thus her behavioral changes.
