Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 30 days old | 2 lbs
My female persian cat Sia aged 1.5 years suddenly puked clear yellowish brown 4 times within a range of 4 hours or so. She also had loose motion. Can you please help with best steps? I am attaching a photo of the vomit.

It sounds as Sia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Oh my. These symptoms of repeat vomiting and now loose stools indicates that Sia needs to see a vet for diagnostic testing and treatment. At this age we worry about possible intestinal parasites, viral infections or even a bacterial infection as the cause of her symptoms. The vet needs to do a fecal exam to start and then perhaps other testing depending on her vaccine history and recent exposure to other pets and the environment. I would recommend taking her in right away to help avoid dehydration from all of her fluid loss and withholding food (only offer water) to keep her from having continued vomiting episodes. The vet will need to give her injectable medications to hopefully stop the vomiting and control her nausea and loose stools. I hope that your fur baby is able to make a full and speedy recovery. Best wishes and take care!
