Hi there, I have a guinea pig and he has always been really skiddish when I go to get him out of his cage by after I hold him he seems calmed down. Is there anything I can do to maybe make him more comfortable being taken out? Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Male | 1.5 lbs

You may also try getting into a routine when you are going to pick Spice up. If he has a pigloo or other hidey house, you can encourage him to go in there every time he is being picked up, and then he won’t be surprised when it happens.
