The best thing to feed is a kitten milk replacer, which you can purchase at PetCo. At this age you can also start introducing solid kitten food, moistened with water or milk, and they should be gong showing interest in this. I would also recommend having your kittens dewormed since most kittens become infected with intestinal parasites. I hope this helps. Best of luck. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

If the kittens are developing normally and have filled bellies and appear happy (ie do not constantly cry, then they are probably fed enough. If you want to supply kitten milk, any commercial brand kitten milk is suitable, in powdered or liquid form. Just make sure it specifies that it is formula for kittens (not cat milk). Here are two examples: http://www.wombaroo.com.au/cats/cat-milk-replacer and https://www.amazon.com/KMR%C2%AE-Powder-Kittens-Cats-12oz/dp/B0002ASS0M

If they are only 3 weeks old, then they need to be on kitten formula. I will attach a link to a good article on raising orphan kittens below. It is very important that you use a bottle for them to nurse as syringing milk can cause it to go into the lungs. You will also have to stimulate them to go potty (detailed in the article). When possible, they should have a check up by a vet for overall health. http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A

Hi. Aren't bottle kittens fun? But they can be tiring and I understand wanting to her her to eat from a bowl. However 3-4 weeks is still a little young to eat from a bowl. If she was nursing mom she'd be nursing until about 8 weeks old and usually start nibbling on solid food around 5-6 weeks. So don't give up hope. But continue to bottle feed. Before each feeding when she's hungry offer a small amount of formula in a bowl to try to give her the idea. But it may take a couple more weeks. Also be prepared to give her quick baths a lot! She will wear more of the food than she ingests at first. Keep her warm after any baths or wipe downs. She needs to stay on a high quality kitten milk replacer until at least 6-8 weeks as you start to transition her to kitten food. Don't forget to schedule a first kitten visit with her vet at about 6-8 weeks to get her off to a healthy start. Your vet can help guide you on best diet, vaccinations and parasite control products for a young kitten.
