My son brought home a kitten a few weeks ago. It came with runny eyes and it would sneeze periodically fast forward a few weeks the older cat now has goopy eyes it was kind of a half closed the other day better today but now my lab is it showing a little bit of runny eyes I want to know if the cat gave it to my dog if it is going to go away or if I should be concerned she is my baby and it would kill me to have something happen to her

Most upper respiratory infections are species specific, meaning that cats can't transmit them to dogs (and vice-versa) - so it's unlikely that your dog would be able to catch this infection from the kitten. But if she does, it should be easily treated with medication from your veterinarian. If Raven continues to have runny eyes, or develops squinting, redness, or other signs of a problem, I would recommend taking her to the vet for a check-up. If needed, the vet can prescribe antibiotic eye drops or oral antibiotics for her to help get things cleared up :)
