What's this red mark inside my dog's ear? When should I worry?

Hi! This is a new mark inside Annie's ear. Looks read and not bumpy. Possibly a bruise? What should I watch out for. Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 55 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Judging from the pictures, it appears that Anya has some irritation on the inside of her ear. This could be from an allergy , irritation or an ear infection. If this does not resolve on its own Within 48 to 72 hours then I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate Diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. If this is infectious, she may need a course of an oral antibiotic and topical ointment. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
